Secretary's Note: In light of COVID-19 this meeting took place both in person and via Google Meet.
**The Secretary was not able to join the meeting until 40 minutes past the start. Meeting minutes were punctiliously recorded by Caroline L.
State of the Space
Not on fire
New concrete pad poured behind the space by Carlin for forging!
New Lathe in the metal shop. Needs some work and repairs.
New, more powerful planer in the wood shop.
New jointer in the woodshop. Needs some work until it’s ready for use.
Progress made on new furniture for textiles. Shelves are built and installed, workbenches are being built.
New 3D printing trainer, Cody H.
Prusa MMU is re-enabled and nearly ready for training.
Caroline’s Rostock is ready to use for general printing.
Most of the parts have been acquired for the Rostock V4 upgrade.
Vinyl cutter up and running + new training video for it!
Collin C. will be a new trainer for the Auto Shop
No extra space for the foreseeable future :(
Please return tools to where you found them when you leave the makerspace for the day.
Please clean up if things need to be cleaned. We have no dedicated custodians, we rely on members to keep things tidy.

Ballots were cast on sheets of paper. A ‘yes’ or ‘no’ was written for the uncontested positions, and then 3 names for the three director positions. Vote were counted and the 2022 Board of Directors will consist of

The space has a HAM radio tower that’s been waiting to be installed. If anyone has interest in helping please contact Dave
Woodshop is looking to add on a new trainer
Blackfeather* wants more hot dogs and a better bed (*Jason and Bailey’s dog)
Vacuum Former update: all parts except the primary power cord have been purchased. All that’s left is to do the wiring.
Some computers, especially in the classroom, will be updated with better hardware in the near future. Please be patient
General tip: always run ideas past an area’s Tool Stewards before you do something for an area
